How many of you have gotten this photo of a waterfall when trying to open an attachment?  I've never taken nor had that image on my phone before.

Today I saw a new one: My attachment had a little 'sad face' emoji and was titled 'couldn't load attachment'.

Of course neither of these was amusing while I was trying to open my attachments on a job site!

I hear you!  I just realized I'm missing an important Lawyer document... Bending/Breaking SPOONS forced this rewrite version out VERY prematurely, and I'm hoping (but doubtful) this baby will survive... it is SO bad... after weeks of giving it a chance... NUTS!

You are SOOOOO lucky... This is randomly all over my notes... never know when it's going to rear its ugly head.  I'm running into lost attachments every few days... some VERY important docs... I'm beside myself...

Hmmn.  Patience and cold towels seem like the only other options for the present - I'd avoid the Android if you can - it does seem to run Evernote particularly badly a lot of the time...  and if you're getting the same thing across three Macs,  maybe quit Evernote on a couple and work on the last one - the less background syncing it has to do between devices and the server,  the better (maybe) it should work...

Ya, it's happening on 3 different macs, an Android, you name it.

Yes, I've restarted EN, etc.

I just can't get over how bad this all is...

This years income tax has been a Fn nightmare... SO many things, SO slow,  etc etc.

All other years, Evernote was my friendly assistant!

I keep seeing "Untitled Attachment" like a half hour to an hour after I've seen them in there fine!

IT's NUTS! I swear!!!  Bring back LEGACY!!!

I've lost a day dealing with this Fn thing... still haunting me!!!

The functionality was killed, thats all I care about.  I don't care that its a change of code methodology,
I just want a seamless functionality.

That is horrible!  They have KILLED what was working really well!  Another loss... I hope they get that fixed soon... I heavily relied on that/those features!

This all worked in Legacy... HELP!!!

I can't figure out how to place an image mid-sentence (EG a small graphic/icon) to show what button to push, for example.

I also cannot figure out how to indent an image by only a couple of spaces (EG a bullet, then image, etc)

I can only set it at the LEFT MARGIN (or center/right), taking a complete line!  This is useless for documentation.

I search for'ray' and before my recent notes, it's listing a couple of notes from 2018 and 2020, why the heck is it doing that?

No, it's more difficult, subject to be different from time to time (changed by other users), slower, more steps, not just a trusty button click (for some of our users that need this simplicity).

As you can see by the attached screenshot though, they're not sorted alphabetically, and I would like to put 'certain ones' at the top even though not alphabetically in that order, and I don't want to rename them as they've been that way for many years.  In legacy, I could pin specific tags to the desktop but I'm not sure how to do that now.

Can't figure out how in the world I'm supposed to put certain tags that I want at the very top, as I used to be able to put a set of tags on the home screen, but I can't figure out even how to do that...   There doesn't seem to be any order to the ones that I have circled on this screenshot... Maybe there's a way but I'm not sure how to change the order...

Anything that needs to be downloaded depends on local network traffic at both ends,  and the speed in between - and in Evernote's case there are millions of connected accounts,  so maybe there's still some queuing going on.

Let's hope so, right?  Maybe there's hope for the future...

Ok, I looked at it again this morning, A few hours later, and everything is there... And my internet was on and I was doing other things the whole time on my Android phone. 

So I'm glad l I got the stuff back but more so that I think I can trust that at least sometimes I can get the stuff back.

So what's the need to take hours? These are small attachments.

Does some process have to take place on the back end to recover these?

THAT should scare the CR@P out of anybody that has valuable attachments of any sort that were entrusting them to Evernote... Nuts!
