Hi, I use the extension The Great Suspender that suspends the tabs that are not used and save memory on my Chromebook and Chromebox. We can whitelist specifics URL or domains that we do not want to suspend. Evernote is the only url that cannot be whitelisted, probably because I use a 2FA with Authenticator. I use also 2FA with Gmail and other Google products and also Facebook and it works well. What woulkd you suggest to make this work?

Hi, For some recuring events in Google Agenda, I have a pop up window from Evernote that says: Create note for ( name of the event). I deleted all the Zaps related to the agenda on Zapier but I still have this message when the recuring event is about to start. Do you know how to get rid of this annoying pop up window?

I wonder why they make this function disappear on Android on the new version of Evernote and cannot find any information about this.

In the past, we had the option to take a picture or to scan a document as pdf. The pdf option is not there anymore. Is it my device ( Pixel 6) or due to the new Android version?

I found the Fujitsu Home software not useful because it handles only the documents that were scanned. I can do that directly from the file manager of the computer.

I installed both but I don't use the thing to manage the documents, not sure if it is the manager or home, i am not in front of my computer.

I just installed the latest version that was offered today and it is much quicker.

It takes 2 minutes to scan one page. The wake up time of ScanSnap combined with the wake up time of Evernote ( I have 9000 notes) is way too long. The old version of ScanSnap was quick, I never had a problem but this one takes so long. Didi you notice that too?

My invoice for 2020-2021 was $34.99 for a Plus Annual plan. Will I be able to keep this plan or is Evernote forcing me to swallow the Personal Plan that is twice the price of my actual plan?

Thank you agsteele My process is the following: I take a screenshot on my cell phone, then send it by email to my computer. I just tried to drag and drop a png and it works. I think the problem is for png files that were there before the new version.

Hi all, The screenshots with format .png are not displayed correctly on my Windows computer and on the web version of Evernote ( see attached). Is there a solution for that?

Security in Notion would be a problem for me. There is no 2-step identification.

The screenshot that I posted on my first message shows the left panel extended at its maximum. I can improve the view by zooming out but the fonts are now small.
