  1. Thank you very much for the clarification.
  2. Thank you but there is no export option on a Chromebook or Chromebox.
  3. Thank you. I will contact support. Using a Chromebook and a Chromebox, I cannot backup Evernote and this is a problem for me. This is why I am looking for other solutions.
  4. Hi Gazumped, I read your previous post and would like to downgrade to the free version. I have 12000 notes. Could you confirm that I will be able to access to all of them and print if needed? Thank you
  5. Yes, you suggested that and I tried but for some reason, it did not work.
  6. Just to let you know that my problem is solved. Before showing the screen with the choice of Authentification apps, Evernote asks to enter a phone number in order to send a code. This made me think that 2 FA by message was the only option available. In fact, we have to enter the phone number in order to receive a code and only after that, we can see the choice of 2FA authentification apps. To me, it is confusing as no explanation is provided when the prompt to enter the phone number is popping up. Thank you again for your help.
  7. I tried that too but was unsuccessful. Thank you for the suggestion.
  8. I just cleaned up the browsing data and tried again to set up the 2 fa but only the 2fa by text message is available. I will contact support. Thank you for your help.
  9. I just disabled 2FA, logged out and in, and click on Set up 2 FA. Now, the only option I have is to receive a code by message. The option to choose an Authentificator is not present. See Screenshot. Any idea what is going on?
  10. ¨The absolute worst thing would be to have to go back and start using the Google app.¨ Why are you saying that? Is there a problem with Google Authenticator?
  11. Not sure if it is possible. The only option offered by Evernote is Google Authenticator ( see screenshot)
  12. Thank you Pink but everytime I turn off my Chromebox, Evernote is asking for the 2FA, even if I check ¨remember for 30 days everytime.
  13. Hi Evernoters, I am tired of entering my 2FA all the time so I would to switch to Bitwarden. As I understand, with this password manager, you can fill in the login info with Ctrl+ L and the 2FA with Ctrl+V. It looks like only Google Authenticator is approved by Evernote. Is there any plan to approve Bitwarden as an Authenticator? Also, is there a way to skip the 2FA authentification on a particular device, for instance, my main computer?
  14. I would appreciate it if Evernote could justify this enormous price increase. What company can impose such a rise to its customers? Along with the relentless reminders to upgrade, this is a bad strategy to force us to get the Personal Plan. Evernote' s reputation is already bad, this is not helping.
  15. Thank you both. This is why I don't want to try the new subscription. I would not be surprised if one day in the near future, they force us to upgrade by terminating the Premium subscription.
  16. Thank you for your response. Evernote should clarify its discount policy: one email with 25% off, another with 50%... It looks disorganized.
  17. Hi, I am not sure if I understand clearly. At the end of the email received today showing the new price: ´The price of your Annual subscription will increase from 34.99 USD to 49.99 USD per Year. The new price will take effect on your next renewal, 1/8/2023.¨ There is this note at the end offering a discount: ¨Note: We're offering our longest-time customers a chance to try all the new features we've introduced with 25% off a year of Evernote Personal.¨ Should I understand 25% for one year or 25% per year for long-time customers? I ask this question because I received another email this morning with 50% on Personal plan: ¨ ¨Finish your year strong—more organized, better flow, less stress. Give yourself the gift of productivity with 50% off Evernote Personal.¨
  18. Agsteele, does github work with Chromebooks?
  19. Boo17, I am using a Chromebook and a Chromebox. There is no way to export a notebook.
  20. So since the previous response from DTlow dated 2019, nothing new regarding Evernote backup? Cloud HQ is nice but $149/year not so.
