I've been using Evernote for a long oversesa trip for the last few months. I can confrim that I kept Evernote on my laptop offline for up to 4 weeks - with no issues- the app synced itself when I connected again and opened the app. The truly annoying thing is the iOS app - regardless -that I had notes (images) saved as favourites or even open before I lost connection - I douldn't view the documents offline mode. This used to be how I kept copies of things like boarding passes, online QR codes for country entry, hotel bookings and such like. I now have to do it all in iOs photos - super annoying. I use Evernote for all my travel stuff including planning and bookings - so this is pure duplication because of a backwards step for the app - it definitely used to work.

Just updating this to say this is still an issue with 10.28.3 released 5 Jan (I've updated support with my open help ticket too)

Its not super urgent for me - they did suggest downloading the legacy version of Evernote - but I can make do with the web app for the moment. I actually like that its almost identical to the Windows version. Long term though I need to be able to go off line

Raise a support request. My support request has now gone to "technical" haven't had a reply/resolution yet

Thanks for the attempt - yup double checked I'd deleted all the files and still got the same issue - I've raised a help ticket and they've asked for the logs. Yes I'm not panicking all the content is on the web but I need it offline sometimes on the laptop too.

I've been running Evernote for a couple of months on Windows 11 with a new computer. All has been fine. Today Igo to login and I'm now getting this Java error message - the file its trying to find is available I can see it in explorer. I've deleted Evernote and downloaded and reinstalled -still getting thesame issue

I have tasks on my PC version - but on my iPhone they show as "content not supported on this device" - so I assume they haven't rolled out an iOS verion which supports tasks yet

Yes, pre-COVID if you were using data roaming you could access anything your local ISP allows you access to at home. I used the great evil FB via data roaming in China in 2019. Evernote would be no different. However if you have your folders synced locally you don't actually need a data connection - its one of the big advantages of EV

I've been a paid member for about 10 years I think. I'm really not sure what people are talking about . The point about notes not being available if not connected is just not true - its one of the reasons that I keep paying EN - very, very few apps now have off-line access. I'm running a surface pro 2017 and the app is a as quick as office 365 - perfectly OK performance. You can see the tag selected in the left hand column. I've just upgraded from plus to personal - why? Custom filtered widgets on the home page

Yes I have exactly the same issue as @splus - been a member since 2012 - been plus for years and years and years because I need access to some folders on my iPad and iPhone. I'm reading it the same way that my plus account has been downgraded This is NZD
