I'm showing the Evernote account associated with the email address you posted from was created on August 30th, 2016. Do you have any other email addresses that may be linked to an Evernote account? As per @amanda_h we usually see this error because users create multiple accounts and are accessing the wrong account I've never known EN to delete my notes, or prohibit access. I have accidently deleted notes, and retrieved them from the trash notebook Link to comment
