  1. amanda_h's post in How to have full invoice? was marked as the answer
    Hi @ranierus,
This option is only available for Evernote Business users, however there is one workaround I can offer. If you need the information reflected on your current receipt, you can try the following:
    1. Navigate to Evernote Account Settings and view the Profile option.
    2. Next to Contact enter all of the business information you need.
    3. Select Save Changes.
Then go to the Purchase History section and view your receipt. The business information you added to your profile will be down on the right.

  6. amanda_h's post in Madge0564 was marked as the answer
    Hi @Madge0564 -
To swap the email addresses on your accounts:
Sign in to the account with your desired email address at https://www.evernote.com. If the account has been deactivated, you can reactivate it here. Change the email address on that account to something not currently associated with another Evernote account (this will free up the use of your desired email address). If you don't have an additional email address to add to this account, or you do not wish to use one of your additional email addresses, I suggest using a service such as 10 Minute Mail. Sign out then sign in to your primary account Change the email address to your desired email address I hope that helps!
  7. amanda_h's post in Did not receive reward points was marked as the answer
    Hi @CYL,
I see that five people have used your referral code to create an Evernote account. Of those five, only one has downloaded the Evernote application onto a device and logged in with the newly created account. That user downloaded the Evernote app onto a device that had already been used by your account, which is why neither of you received the month of Premium.
You can read more about the Evernote referral program at our Help & Learning Center here.

  10. amanda_h's post in Combining EN accounts was marked as the answer
    Hi @Carey S.,
To move and combine notes and notebooks from one account to another, follow these steps:
    1. From any Mac or Windows desktop computer, log into the account that contains notes you'd like to transfer to another account using the downloaded Evernote application.
    2. Export your notebooks as Evernote XML (.enex) files from this account and remember which folder or directory you’ve saved it to. All your note contents and tags are saved to this ENEX file. Note: Notebook stacks are tied to individual accounts and cannot be exported to another account. Once you’ve imported all your notebooks into your secondary account, you’ll need to reorganize them into stacks.
    3. Sign out of the account you've just exported notes from and sign into the account you'll continue to use.
    4. Import the ENEX (.enex) files into the account you're going to continue using.
Let me know if you have any questions!
  11. amanda_h's post in Drag and drop attachments was marked as the answer
Hi @RogerPA - Evernote on Windows, Mac, and the Web does offer the ability to drag and drop attachments into a note. If you're noticing you're unable to do this, can you let me know what platform you're using and what type of attachment you're trying to add (PDF, image, etc)?
  12. amanda_h's post in upgrading from plus to premium was marked as the answer
    Hi @Kahuku8,
Evernote Plus subscriptions purchased through iTunes cannot be upgraded to Evernote Premium from within iTunes. Here are the steps to upgrade from your computer:
Sign in to your Account Settings in Evernote Web and click Account Summary Next to Account Level, select Manage subscription Select Premium, then select the monthly or annual option Fill out your credit card information and select Confirm update On the following page, click the Cancel Plus Subscription button to cancel your iTunes-based subscription Your new Premium subscription will be pro-rated based on the amount of time remaining on your Plus subscription. In addition, please note that step 5 above is very important. If you don't cancel your subscription through iTunes, you will have two concurrent Evernote subscriptions and could be charged for both upon renewal.

  14. amanda_h's post in NEW ACCT PASSWORD DISFUNCTION was marked as the answer
    Hi @Joseph King,
If I'm understanding your issue correctly, you recently created an Evernote account using the Google Sign-In option, and are now having trouble updating your Evernote account information because the password is coming up as incorrect. In order to successfully update the account information, you'll need to send a recovery password email to the email address on file.
Because the Google Sign-In account creation uses your Google password to create the account, you'll need to set up an Evernote password using the link provided above in order to change any account information. The password can be the same as the Google password, or completely unique. Let me know if you have any questions, or if I'm misunderstanding the issue you're experiencing.

    Hi y'all,
We're seeing several users reporting they're no longer able to scan to Evernote using NeatConnect. At this time we're recommending that you try removing the integration in your Account Settings, then attempt to reauthorize NeatConnect. If you're still experiencing trouble scanning to Evernote using NeatConnect after doing this, please contact Neat Support for further assistance.

  19. amanda_h's post in Snippet View Not Showing Text was marked as the answer
    Hi @theberserkfury,
It looks like this issue is resolved in the next beta version of Evernote for Mac.
I don't have a specific date when the beta will be released but if you'd like to switch to the beta track, go to Evernote > Preferences > Software Update and check the box next to "Update to beta versions when available".
You'll then be notified in app when the beta version is released. Likewise, you can manually check for updates by going to Help > Check for Updates in the app or by checking for updates in our forum here.
Once you have updated, if you no longer want to continue on the beta track, go back and uncheck the box next to "Update to beta versions when available".
  20. amanda_h's post in How do I use the tab bar? was marked as the answer
    Hi y'all,
The Tab feature isn't ready yet, which is why you're not able to currently do anything with it. One workaround is opening the notes you want to tab into their own separate windows, then navigating to Window > Merge All Windows. I know it's a bit of a clunky workaround, but it's all I've got right now

  21. amanda_h's post in Can't use special premium offer was marked as the answer
    Hi @Empty,
This offer is available to select Evernote users who have purchased their subscription directly through our website. Your account shows you’ve purchased your subscription via iTunes. If you cancel your current subscription and resubscribe directly through Evernote, you'd be eligible for the promotional offer. To request a refund for your paid subscription through iTunes:
    1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
    2. Search for Evernote or scroll to find the Evernote purchase listed in your recent purchases
    3. Select Report a problem, choose a problem from the drop down menu, then type a short description of your request
    4. Submit your request
Once you've cancelled the iTunes subscription and requested the refund, please submit a support request and post your ticket number here so I can send a link for you to take advantage of the Cyber Week promotional offer.
  22. amanda_h's post in Accidentally pressed report spam? was marked as the answer

  23. amanda_h's post in Where can I report a problem? was marked as the answer
    Hi @Extropy,
I'd suggest submitting a support request here for the first issue regarding memory usage on your Mac so a member of our Customer Support Team can get some additional information to help troubleshoot this. Regarding your second issue, you can swap the email addresses of the accounts by following these steps:
Sign in to the account with your desired email address at https://www.evernote.com. If the account has been deactivated, you can reactivate it here. Change the email address on that account to something not currently associated with another Evernote account (this will free up the use of your desired email address). If you don't have an additional email address to add to this account, or you do not wish to use one of your additional email addresses, I suggest using a service such as 10 Minute Mail. Sign out then sign in to your primary account Change the email address to your desired email address I hope that helps!
