One thing I wanted was to be able to email Evernote with a query such as this one, but their website `contact us' never offers up any way of contacting them - it tries to answer your question and if it can't there's no offer to contact them. So, I have purchased Premium, yet still show as basic and can't contact them for help. Anyone offer me a clue about what to do? Thanks Link to comment

Scroll down a bit from the suggested answers--there's a green Submit ticket button; also a Chat button. Link to comment
