jtoddddd 0 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 I've been successfully using scannable for almost a year now. Yesterday, the email feature stopped working. I get all the way to the email screen and I can't type in the address box. I can cancel it and return to the previous screen. All of the other features appear to be working.help please?!?
Evernote Expert gazumped 12,634 Posted September 15, 2015 Evernote Expert Posted September 15, 2015 I'm tempted to say 'uninstall/ reinstall' but I don't know how that would affect any existing files you have saved. I'd suggest going to Twitter and @EvernoteHelps initially - see what they say...
kgg 75 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 @jtodddd, If you haven't tried any basic troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend that first esp. restarting the app and phone. If that doesn't help, could you let me know if you are you able to save the files to another location?
