Web Clipper Options has funny %headings%

Did I miss a memo?  Using Firefox 39 (Beta Channel) and Cipper 6.0.15 on Win 8.1,  I opened the options menu to see lots of headings delimited by "%" marks - see below.  I uninstalled / restarted Fx / reinstalled,  but still the same.  Seems to work OK,  just looks messy.

 

 

Edit:  Just noticed "Legal" are special - they're %Legal$

This is way I not test betas so much anymore.

Maybe 8 apps on my androids at this time. A couple of year ago my computer was a beta

Confirmed this on Firefox Beta channel. Will investigate if it's Firefox or Web Clipper that broke.
