AFAIK your audio files will be stored as part of the Evernote database, and synced back to your desktop as note attachments. Beware that your note will have a size limit of 100MB - anything larger will not sync. You can manually sync your mobile, then manually sync your desktop to check whether the note is ported across. Unless you have stored the note in an Offline Searchable notebook, it will not be permanently stored on the mobile - when that storage space is required by the system the note will be erased and re-downloaded (if and when required) from the server.
