TWSH 0
When I create a note with the OSX app the 'author' field is filled in with my name. When I do the same on iOS it isn't; the field is blank. I can't find a setting that controls this. Is there one? Is there a way to get my name as the author of a note I create everywhere? I believe this field is mainly meant to identify notes not created by you - any forwarded emails forinstance will have that author's name on the note. You can sort by and edit this field on a desktop, so you could find all the notes that currently don't show an author; but I'm not sure you could make any bulk changes, nor do I know of a setting that will alter the default. gbarry 2,658
This is actually a bug--the expected behavior is for the author field to be pre-filled, as it is with Mac. We've reported and are now tracking, thanks for bringing this to our attention! Link to comment

Dpiehler 0
Has there been any resolution to this? I am seeing that authors that are clearly noted in the desktop application are not getting synced into the web browser. Link to comment
