Quality of tech support declining?

Tomorrow will be a week since I've received a reply from Evernote tech support about a synchronization issue.  The speed of response used to be faster - has anyone else noticed a decline in the speed or quality of support from Evernote?

I haven't submitted any support tickets lately, but if you search the board, others have discussed it. Also, free users no longer get support, except for a few situations. So if you have a free account, I don't know if they will help you.

Evernote states that Premium account users will receive support within 1 business day.

 

Did you get an auto-response email shortly after you submitted your Support Ticket?

If you didn't, then there is something wrong, like a bad email address, went to spam folder, etc.

 

You can also contact them by online Chat during business hours.  You might try that as a follow up.

 

I have submitted two tickets recently, and got near immediate response.  The first I started via Chat, and that was excellent support, that included email follow-up.  One issue was resolved quickly (fixed in latest Beta), the other is still pending.

If you can post your ticket number here we can maybe get someone to look at it for you..

Hey gazumped, I appreciate the response and regret the lack of mine in a timely manner - have been somewhat overwhelmed.  The ticket about which I originally wrote was resolved, and I've opened another one in the interim for a different issue, also experiencing a delayed response.  The ticket number in this case is 747060.  I opened it on 30 Sept and received a reply yesterday(!).
