Obaid Albloushi 0 Posted May 31, 2014 Share Posted May 31, 2014 I have upgraded my account to premium last Wednesday and unfortunately nothing happened, I have submitted 2 support tickets but no one has replied back! Knowledgebase says that it shouldn't take more that 4 hours but 3 days has already past. even searched for support number but couldn't find any on your website.
