I have upgraded my account to premium last Wednesday and unfortunately nothing happened, I have submitted 2 support tickets but no one has replied back!

 

Knowledgebase says that it shouldn't take more that 4 hours but 3 days has already past.

 

even searched for support number but couldn't find any on your website.

 

 

May I know who should I contact to solve this problem?

Support work mon-fri so you won't hear from them over the weekend.

Stick your ticket number in here and one of us will flag for an employee.

Also, could you link to the page that says "shouldn't take more than 4 hours"? That might be a typo or an error that Evernote should fix.
