Has anyone heard if there is a fix in the works for this (or a workaround)? I'm getting tired of re-bulleting all my notes when I put them into emails. Note: I have an issue using Evernote's email-a-note feature because Evernote is on my personal email, but I want to send the note as a work email - so another option would be to allow me to specify a FROM address when I email a note. dsblox 8 Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 This is really a big issue for me - losing the bullets (which is my main way of organizing my thoughts) when pasting into Gmail or any Google Docs is a major issue. Please fix this ASAP. My configuration is Evernote OSX Client, Chrome on the Mac and Gmail / Google Docs. Everytime I cut from Everynote client and paste into Gmail or GDocs I lose all bullets and indenting. For others suffering, I do have a workaround: I email myself the note, and I can cut from the Gmail received into a new Gmail or Google Doc and the bullets come along. They still need some touchups (the process tends to add extra bullets and line-breaks every once in a while) but it is much better than re-bulleting every single line. Still, Evernote: please fix this. Link to comment

I wish I got asterisks like the OP said he does- I just get plain, unformatted text when I paste from Evernote into gmail. This is becoming a big enough issue that I'm going to have to stop using Evernote for my notes. Link to comment
