Joel Freiser 0
How can a user reduce Evernote while open in order to browse? Is there a way to "reduce" Evernote while open to search documents and/or select images for insertion? I am a new user. The knowledge base for this is elusive or doesn't exist. Help! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,040 Posted March 17, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted March 17, 2013 Hi - welcome to the forums. If you're browsing, why not rely on the Evernote Clipper or Evernote Clearly to add information to your database? You can minimise Evernote while you add notes. Link to comment
Level 5 Jackolicious 808 Posted March 19, 2013 Level 5 Share Posted March 19, 2013 You can also highlight web content, then drag it directly to the elephant in the menu bar to create a quick note Link to comment
pgdahl 133
Or you can copy stuff from the web and paste directly into a new note via ⌃⌘V - this only opens the new note. The advantage of this over using "Quick" Note, as suggested above, is you can title, tag and bag the note right away (you'd have to open the main Evernote window to do this with a "Quick" Note).
