mrgoerend 89
Am I just not seeing how to do this? Is there a quick way to scroll to the top? A shortcut maybe? It's tough in Lion when the scrollbars don't show (and when they do, they're really small.) Link to comment
mrgoerend 89
Try Option + Up. Does that work? No Link to comment

Level 5* Metrodon 2,183 Posted October 26, 2011 Level 5* Share Posted October 26, 2011 I like the 'reverse' scrolling that is implemented in Lion, but I did switch scroll bars back on - feel lost without the sense of location that they provide.... Link to comment
mrgoerend 89
Cmd + ↑ selects the note you're on and the note above it. You got my hopes up According to Wikpedia, Cmd + ↑ will allow you to scroll to the top?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_k ... xt_editing (I can't test, no mac but the pc equivalent works here to scroll to the top of the note ) Link to comment
mrgoerend 89
I should have clarified:I'm looking to scroll to the top of the note list. Link to comment

peterfmartin 221
You might not like this "workaround," but, as you've probably found, clicking to any other note and then back to the one you had been viewing will bring you to the top of that note—always. So if you click the note directly above or below the one you're viewing, and then click back to the first note, you get back to the top in one to three seconds. (It's faster if you don't have the cursor in the text of the note. If the note you're viewing is highlighted in the note list, you just need to hit two arrow buttons, up and then down or down and then up.) Link to comment

peterfmartin 221
Ah, yes. If you have the cursor within the text of the note, that works. (But if you have the note highlighted within the list, even if you have used the scroll bar to scroll within the note, it doesn't.) Thanks. Link to comment
