Error while Searching

Hi, 
After current update I suddenly started getting attached error while trying to search documents 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press Ctrl + Q
2. Search for a term, press enter when "Search For <query> in Notes" shows

Evernote Version: 10.97.3 Windows 

I already tried reinstalling app

I can't preproduce that but I have seen exactly that screen in another situation although I can't recall the exact circumstances.

I am seeing this same issue on version 10.97.3 on Windows 10 Desktop.

I'd suggest a clean reinstall - 

If Evernote is active,  sign out / don't save your data locally / use Revo Uninstaller Free (Win) or Appcleaner (Mac) to uninstall the app.  Power off and back on,  then re-download and reinstall from Evernote.com and leave Evernote running to rebuild the local data.  The new install is typically a little slow - things get better after a few days.

If that doesn't fix it,  Support.

This is exactly what happens to me, both in the Desktop and Web versions.

I've already formatted the HD, reinstalled Evernote and the problem persists.

Evernote without a search function is useless.

And Evernote support doesn't respond! In Brazil, they tripled the annual fee and made the service and support much worse.

Agreed,  but it seems to be working for most other users...

In Brazil, they tripled the annual fee and made the service provided much worse (both the application and the support service, as they do not respond to requests opened on the official channel.)
