pbelcl 20
How can I see a list in Evernote of which documents I have shared with WHOM? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,078 Posted July 8 Level 5* Share Posted July 8 Try a search for sharedate:* - it will show you what has been shared, but not to who. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,846 Posted July 8 Level 5 Share Posted July 8 Just for future use: It is much easier to control sharing by sharing notebooks instead of sharing notes. You share a notebook with somebody (can be a group of known recipients as well, a notebook can't be shared by open link any more). Every note you move inside is shared, you move it out the sharing is stopped. You want to keep the notebook (like as a project documentation), you stop the notebook sharing to the other group members, and keep it as it is. Link to comment

I tried that. Interestingly, I see some notes that I shared via web link at some point, but NONE of the notes that I recently shared with a friend via email. Even though that friend has already "accepted" some of the notes. I select "all notes" in Evernote and then enter the "sharedate:*" to search. Am I doing something wrong? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,846 Posted July 8 Level 5 Share Posted July 8 No, probably the search index just needs some time to update. They work on the backend, that maybe explains the delay. Link to comment
