Forcing me to Evernote from Scannable...

Scannable is now forcing me to save the scanned documents in Evernote first, instead of going directly to print or directly to share. I don't always want/need the document in Evernote.

Hi.  Try Microsoft Lens or Adobe Scan?  Scannable is Evernote-specific.

Thanks gazumped, but I’ve been using scannable for years and they used to always allow one to go directly to print or share without saving in Evernote first. Some recent update changed all that. I might just abandon ship.

The release 3.0 changed some things: Syncing is with EN only, and the use without a paid EN account now requires a subscription for Scannable.

What are you complaining about, BTW ?

The other standalone apps Penultimate and Skitch have been abandoned altogether. If you can continue to use your favorite app out of the 3, you can fell the lucky one (for 5 seconds …).

It would be nice if Scannable existed on Android. PDF from my phone directly into Evernote without extra steps would be nice. The current scanner built into Evernote is lacking for actual documents, good for receipts and things like that though.
