The way Scannable can flatten the document and fill in the gaps and hide the shadows make it look like you actually scanned a piece of paper vs auto-cropping a photo of paper.

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,994 Posted August 19 Level 5 Posted August 19 It is a completely unimportant issue. There are enough phone scanners available to dump Scannable, both Free and Paid. Don’t behave as if somebody just stole your favorite cookie from the box. 50$/€ is ridiculous for an app that does a little scanning. Every iPhone with iOS 16 (and above) has anything necessary, just at your fingertips. Just open the Files app and tap on the 3 dots top right:
