0 Solution Boot17 1,467 Posted March 29 Solution Share Posted March 29 I don't know about any public policy about feedback (does anybody really have a "Here is our Public Policy About User Feedback"?), but I think they do take feedback from users. The product lead, Federico, has been actively commenting at various times on this forum. His last post: And I'd be surprised if he (and they) didn't read a whole bunch more and just not comment. He's also really active on X and engages with users there: https://twitter.com/fedesimio (See also the official Evernote X account: https://twitter.com/evernote) With millions of users though, I wouldn't expect any personalized response anywhere. 0 janndk 515
Latest response to feedback is: "In order to maximize our team's impact and ensure we can properly assist as many Evernote customers as we can, we're not able to follow up on every individual bug report" Link to comment
0 Level 5 PinkElephant 8,171 Posted March 29 Level 5 Share Posted March 29 The handling has been "Tickets are answered, feedback is read, but not answered". I see no indication that this policy has been changed in general. That support is overwhelmed is sadly an ongoing situation since last summer. So let's hope they draw the max from feedback.
