After updating Evernote, no notes are available when offline

 I've seen other users report the same issue.   Has anyone found a solution?  Is Evernote responding?

I have lost all my notes online or offline, phone app or PC.  Have not been able to get any response from evernote

Hi.  You're probably not having the same issue.  'Losing' all notes is usually a sign you're not connected to the correct account - try signing out and back in and also use a different device if you can to check the account.

I have the same issue with lack of offline access.  Even notes that I am currently working on become unavailable when I go offline.  Will likely need to switch to a platform that has both on-line and off-line accessibility.  I loved the old EN client.  Any suggestions for good alternatives?

Hi.  Offline access should be available but there seems to be a -hopefully- temporary issue with that.  Things may resume after March 26th.  Meantime for options,  try searching the Forums - there are enough discussions here about the benefits or otherwise of the other apps...
