Change Default PDF Viewer on Android?

I would like to change the default pdf viewer in Evernote from Evernote to XODO.
How do I do that?

I would also love this, the default viewer is not sufficient for our use case.

Open in Evernote and then tap the share button at the top right of the PDF and choose your preferred viewer. It isn't a default thing. So you'll have to do it every time.
