Evernote locked my account and now my subscription payment won’t go through

HI 

i am having an error code come up when i try to login (to another account i have) it goes through the login screen and then to a subscription fee which doesn't allow my payment to come through the Error code that pops up is CheckoutComponent.error.billingEmail.notValid

is there anything i can do about this issue

Hi. You already did the basics by contacting Support - I'll flag your ticket for an Admin to look at;  Support have been very busy,  with some long delays before acknowledging queries.  They do seem to be getting better slowly....

How do I submit a Ticket. I submitted a complain but no ticket number was generated.

Yes, they changed this. If you got an email as confirmation (without a ticket number) the ticket should be on it’s way. It will take probably a while until anything happens.
