How can I remove the message "Press '/' for insert an element"

Took a few tries.

Click on Note, then on  slash commands, as shown above, then turned it on and off a few times, made a new note using the slash command, turned it on and off and the Press "/" disappeared!

Aha--- you have to do it a number of times.  Mine was set to have them hidden, so I didn't try undoing and redoing (can you blame me?).  OH, and worse, you have do to it on EVERY NOTE you want it, and on every device you may use it on.  So really, not a fix to me.  I emailed them using the link, but as someone else found, the link goes to feeback @ en   not feedback (missing the "d") .  so you have to correct that too.  Can't help but think that's them giving them an excuse to ignore feedback!

No. Its a global setting per device.

You can remove it in the Windows application: 

Press the three dots in the top right corner. 
Find 'Slash commands' and hover over it.
Choose 'Hide inline hint'.
