Log in via the web app and confirm the number of notebooks, notes and items in your trash there. Your Windows app may be out of sync with what is in your account on the server and the web app will show you what you have there. Link to comment
VincentC 353 Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 Just to be clear, you are on a free account, correct? On a free account it does not matter how many notes you created this month, You may not have more than 50 notes created at any time, including notes in trash. Vinnie 1 Link to comment
