majamaja621 1
I open the app and it says I must accept the new privacy terms. However there is no button to accept them and the page will not scroll or show my notebooks. Tried closing the app, restarting my phone, going on the website and my data is not there. It is not a billing issue. Link to comment
majamaja621 1
I even uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Please help! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,076 Posted January 26 Level 5* Share Posted January 26 Hi. Device / OS / Evernote version? If you don't see your notes on other devices, sounds like your user ID may be wrong... Link to comment
majamaja621 1
IPhone 11 Pro Max , iOS 17.3, Evernote personal (the older paid version) I will check my user ID but when I open it the app does not even ask for the password, only my Evernote pin. Then I get this screen (attached). You can tap to read each policy but the page does not scroll to a button to accept the terms. Link to comment
majamaja621 1
Even tried tapping the work “Continue” and that didn’t work either. Thanks for checking on this @gazumped !! I need some important documents in my account. Link to comment
Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 4,006 Posted January 26 Level 5 Share Posted January 26 Specifically regarding going on the Evernote Website, which ought to be easier to deal with in a browser tab rather than on a phone screen, you might try that again and be extra careful with entering your login credentials. As @gazumped indicated, it's very easy to accidentally enter a wrong email address and create a new, empty account, which would explain why your notes were not present. Link to comment
