Device limit on Free accounts?

For a long time, Free accounts have been limited to using Evernote on 2 devices, with each instance of the Web client counting as a device. But just now I got curious and checked Evernote's plan comparison page and system limits page. I no longer see any reference to a 2-device limit for the Free plan, and the link to the "Understanding the device limit" page is now dead. So if someone actually knows and I just missed yet another memo, has the 2-device limit on Free been removed?

We don't know. I wouldn't assume it had gone until we see actual confirmation either in practice or official announcement.
