Importing template error: "Sorry, something went wrong"

Hello,

I'm trying to use the 2024 calendar template (2024 Monthly Calendar (starting Monday) (evernote.com)) but when I click "Use template", my evernote app opens and istead of getting the template I get the error "Sorry, something went wrong". I have the same issue with other templates. You can see the error in the picture below.

I also tried creating a new note and then adding the template from the within-app gallery. However, the template is not available there and I can only see the 2023 calendar.

I use a windows 10 laptop and have the latest evernote version. Any idea how to fix this?  Thanks!

Hmmn.  That link seems to be broken somehow - I can't access it either.  You should be able to access the whole thing as a note,  save it as a template from your own account,  then access it from the new note menu under 'My Templates'.  Where di you get the link from?  I'd tell them that something went wrong!

Hmm, I googled evernote 2024 calendar and it took me to the official template page of evernote.

Any idea how to save that as a template? I cannot see any buttons or so. Thnaks for helping!

Hmmn.  Seems like the template page is broken.  I tried another template which worked.  This one does not.  You could contact Support to get it fixed..

If you're trying to import the same template,  you're doing it correctly,  but that page is broken.  Try another -
