CarlaisColinsMom 0
Hello - I used Evernote to keep all of my son's therapy notes in one place for about 7 years now. Now all of his therapists are getting pop-ups to purchase a plan. What is going on? Help this special needs mom figure this out. Link to comment

CarlaisColinsMom 0
No, they all have their own free accounts. I share each Notebook by email to each therapist and give them access to edit their notebook that I've created. I have been doing this way since 2014. Link to comment

They should be able to edit the notes that you share with them as before, but it is when they create new notes they may get restricted to the new limits. If they stick to editing notes you shared, you should be ok. At least that is my understanding of how this works. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,865 Posted January 15 Level 5 Share Posted January 15 I wonder why they didn't get the Plans ads all the time already. I share between accounts, and except of the fact that shared notes from a paid account don't count into the Free limits, the accounts are absolutely treated like any other Free account.
