Is there anything on your computer or network that may block content: Ad Blockers, Firewall, Anti-Something ? Did you try through the EN website in a browser ? Another option is to subscribe through one of the stores: AppStore, PlayStore, MS-Store etc. Link to comment

Typically account stuff is a little quicker. However, your request has landed during the annual Christmas and New Year holidays so responses are even further delayed.
