Not able to make payment

Hi Team,

I am not able to make payment and getting 500 Internal Server Error.

I have already created ticket https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/3803960, but haven't got any traction

Hence I am posting in this forum to get attention ...

No „team“ here, just other users.

Is there anything on your computer or network that may block content: Ad Blockers, Firewall, Anti-Something ?

Did you try through the EN website in a browser ?

Another option is to subscribe through one of the stores: AppStore, PlayStore, MS-Store etc.

IMO, its Evernote side error as its clearly returning 500 Internal Server Error. No help from Evernote Support since last 3 days  

I will try AppStore/PlayStore route ...

I did payment via PlayStore and able to Personal plan.

Only sad part is, Evernote support didn't gave any update on https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/3803960

Evernote support is very busy and responses are taking up to 14 days on technical issues. Typically account stuff is a little quicker. However, your request has landed during the annual Christmas and New Year holidays so responses are even further delayed. 

Great that you found a method of paying from India.

In such cases, I try to do it through a different browser or with a different credit card.  I'm glad you solved the problem.
