I upgraded under the wrong email. Help!

Hi,

I just upgraded from Free to Personal. But I upgraded under the wrong email. And so all my content is under the old email account. I need my old content to be under the new email account. Can anyone please help me?

I'd suggest filing a support request using the account you just upgraded using the wrong email.

You now have two accounts. Log out from the new one. Login to the old. Now export each notebook one at a time. Log out from the old account. Log in to the new one. Import each notebook.

Alternatively use @VincentC suggests. Support should be able to do whatever is necessary to merge the accounts. But it may take a couple of weeks.

Thanks for your reply. I did submit a ticket and someone did get back to me. I had to close the new account and then upgrade the old account and change the email. Problem solved. Thanks.
