Cancel paid account

I am trying to cancel my paid personal subscription.  I was not able to. Please advise.

We would, if we knew HOW you tried to cancel, and HOW you subscribed in first place.

Only direct subscriptions can be canceled in account settings. If you have subscribed through a store, you need to cancel there.

Same here.

My Personal subscription Annual expires on 18th December. Will it renew or cancel automatically?  I cannot find a cancel option in iTunes?

It will renew. Since you paid via iTunes you need to cancel via iTunes. Cancelling will change your account to the Free plan.

But where do I cancel. There is no cancel option like on other app's?

You'll have to take that up with iTunes. They are having your subscription.

Go to iCloud, subscriptions, select your EN subscription and choose „Cancel subscription“ on the details page.

Pleas see the screenshot from my first post. There is no cancel option.  It will actually not renew automatically.

If it doesn’t renew by itself, what exactly are you asking for ?
