i can't upgrade my account

When i try to use the black friday offer of 40% discount on an upgrade I get the following message:
Your subscription is currently canceled and your account is not eligible for upgrade at this time. Please contact customer support if you require assistance.

how can I contact customer support?

I think this is a blanket ban on changes until an account drops to free.  Once you hit your anniversary date and the account shows as Basic (free) you can  accept any offer and upgrade to any level.

currently should be Premium but I cancelled my subscription. My app says that I could upgrade to Professional, but I can't upgrade at all.
I wanna keep what I have, but not voor 90 euro a year, so I cancelled and now I saw this offer. But can't/couldn't

use it.

Probably this is either related to your account status being changed, or the offer is not for existing subscribers.

Either way, we are other users and can’t help you solve the situation. Support is your only option.
