currently should be Premium but I cancelled my subscription. My app says that I could upgrade to Professional, but I can't upgrade at all. I wanna keep what I have, but not voor 90 euro a year, so I cancelled and now I saw this offer. But can't/couldn't use it.

When i try to use the black friday offer of 40% discount on an upgrade I get the following message: Your subscription is currently canceled and your account is not eligible for upgrade at this time. Please contact customer support if you require assistance. how can I contact customer support?
