The billing tab doesn't work to change my credit card or subscribed plan

Goodnight! Anyone who can help me with this, my "billings" tab isn't working.

I need to cancel my subscription as the registered card will be canceled The website just shows a message that it has been under maintenance for days and I am running out of time. How can I cancel?

Could you try the same thing via a desktop computer rather than your phone? That might get you in.

I tried it on the desktop and I tried clearing the cache, but so far neither has worked... 

I opened a ticket with support, thank you very much for the suggestions ❤️
