Refund account

Hi Evernote Team,

I'm currently on the Personal Plan and just got a notification that my payment was processed for the next year, but I was planning to cancel my subscription as I'm no longer using the notes as much and I need to save every penny I have.

Please refund my subscription and change it to the FREE version. 

I appreciate everything you do.

The Forums are mainly user-supported, so we can't help much with passwords or payments and refunds apart from suggesting you contact Support. Both subscribers and non-subscribers can contact Support through https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account"

While you are waiting to hear from support you can help yourself by dropping all your devices listed in your account settings.  Also, Cancel your account.  This sets your account to revert to free when your subscription expires.

Free plan users are wel advised to limit themselves to the web client and a mobile device for greatest flexibility.
