Level 5 PinkElephant 8,174 Posted September 3, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted September 3, 2023 Have you checked the devices page in your account yet ? One visit to your notes in the web client, and there it is, the second client. Link to comment
Robert Sterry 0
Sorry. Not following. If I log into my account and go to Devices, I only see one connected - Evernote for Windows (RobertDesktop). But I still can't log into my Samsung Galaxy S21 device. Hope you can help. Many thanks. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,174 Posted September 18, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted September 18, 2023 No idea - not on Android myself. If I remember correctly sometimes data in an app cache can block access. So maybe emptying the cache can help. Link to comment
