I have been hacked and my notes are shared as links

Hello.

Does anyone know the profile of the Evernote tech team?

I got hacked a day ago and put an inquiry in the customer center, but there is still no answer. More than 300 notes are being shared by link, and I have to cancel each one by one. Can I cancel the share at once or block someone from accessing my account through the link?

Hi.  If you had no answer from your enquiry,  then you have not yet contacted support. You should receive an automatic ticket number for any report.  There are some useful steps here that you can follow immediately - unauthorised access - with a link to Support at the bottom.

If Notes were shared individually (not by sharing full notebooks, which is what I would do as Mr.Hacker), you need to revoke the shares one by one.

So maybe first check if notebooks have been shared. If not, you need to unshare your notes fast.

What you can’t avoid is that the shared notes were duplicated in the other account, and then exported.

In all cases I would contact support as well.
