clarinetplayground 0
Hi! I have a Mac mini running Ventura Version 13.4.1 and I have a paid Evernote account. I can't check the version of Evernote since I can't even get it to open. Thanks! Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,174 Posted August 3, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted August 3, 2023 You uninstalled using the app AppCleaner ? If not, get it from the web (it's free), install it and try to use it to remove EN including ALL program components from your Mac. Restart it, open the app, log in. The regular Mac uninstaller will not remove every part of the app, which may cause a problem to reinstall it properly. Working ? Link to comment
clarinetplayground 0
I tried to install the AppCleaner but after I downloaded it and clicked on it, an error message said it was unable to open the package and I should move it to the trash. Thanks! Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,174 Posted August 4, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted August 4, 2023 You seem to have a pretty weird setup that refuses to run apps. Maybe first of all update your OS - MacOS Ventura is on 13.5. If you run any additional „security“ software, disable it, try again. If this doesn’t help this looks as if your MacOS itself has taken a shot - which leads to the problems running apps. You can try to repair it, using the standard OS repair options. Link to comment
VirgilV 0
I'm having the same issue too. I tried everything from reinstalling Evernote to restarting my computer many times. Nothing is working. Please help. Link to comment
