Hi, and welcome to the forums. Yes, that is what Evernote is made for. However, it would have to be a paid (Personal or Professional) account, since free accounts are limited to two devices. EN always syncs from every device to the server, and from the server to all other devices. Subscribers can connect as many devices as they like. Free users are restricted to 2 devices.
