check lists, tasks, check boxes lists turned into tasks

I had been using checkboxes for years, some time ago there was an update that changed its behaviour and there are still bugs.

In my case, I have a full list of check boxes. When I press `enter` at the end of a line (to continue creating new items) it automatically changes the whole list into tasks and highlights the bottom of check lists.

I would say it has been developed a new task feature, so there are tasks and checkboxes available, but there is still only a check list feature which call the new feature tasks. Therefore there is a kind of lists calling the old feature check box missing and when using this old feature now calls the new one through the list and arises the bug.

In the new Version 10 of Evernote there are: checkboxes, checklists, and tasks. They are three different entities and look like this:
