DSpector 0
I upgraded from Free to Professional about 2 weeks ago and suddenly my account is no longer registering as Professional. I have a paid receipts and sent logs to evernote but haven't gotten any response yet. Any suggestions as to how to fix this other than paying for another upgrade that I have already paid for? I cannot get into my account for more than a few seconds before an annoying pop-up comes up for an upgrade because EN says I've used up my allotment of memory because it has reverted me back to a free account. I'm pretty sure I'm using a current version of EN too. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,073 Posted February 16, 2023 Level 5* Share Posted February 16, 2023 Hi. Who did you pay? It sounds as though there was a problem with the transfer of funds which you need to sort out with the original vendor. The update pop-ups will be to do with using the Free account which has low upload limits. Are you sure you're logged into the correct account? We occasionally have reports that someone has lost all their notes, because they accidentally created a new account when trying to log in with slightly incorrect details. Try logging out and back in again - carefully. Otherwise - we're mainly other users here; to query payments issues... Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,832 Posted February 16, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted February 16, 2023 Support is open for all users, on Account and Billing&Payment issues: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new As last resort you can access support as a guest, working around login problems: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=254668&guest=true&guest=true After sending a ticket to support, you will receive a confirmation email at the account you registered within minutes, stating the ticket number. If you don’t receive this email, something is wrong: Either the ticket was blocked (firewall or similar), or your own email address is wrong, preventing you from receiving the answers. This is critical, because the further communication will be through this mail address. Link to comment
