I upgraded from Free to Professional about 2 weeks ago and suddenly my account is no longer registering as Professional. I have a paid receipts and sent logs to evernote but haven't gotten any response yet. Any suggestions as to how to fix this other than paying for another upgrade that I have already paid for? I cannot get into my account for more than a few seconds before an annoying pop-up comes up for an upgrade because EN says I've used up my allotment of memory because it has reverted me back to a free account. I'm pretty sure I'm using a current version of EN too.
