Svense 2 Posted January 25, 2023 Posted January 25, 2023 Hello , Unfortunately, Web Clipper on Mac OS Ventura does not show the Web Clipper Show related Evernote content to my online searches. I am not sure, it could also be that I have only hidden it. How can I show it again ? In Web Clipper I have turned on the option. But unfortunately nothing is displayed when I search via Google. Thanks for your help. Sven
Level 5* gazumped 12,214 Posted January 25, 2023 Level 5* Posted January 25, 2023 Hi. The Forums are mainly supported by other users, so you might want to contact Support about this issue. I'm not a Mac user, so can't offer any suggestions, but I'm sure someone will be along shortly....
Svense 2 Posted January 25, 2023 Author Posted January 25, 2023 Hi, Thanks for your quick reply , maybe someone has an idea, otherwise I'll go to the Evernote support.
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,998 Posted January 25, 2023 Level 5 Posted January 25, 2023 You have not posted the browser you use. For me it doesn't show on Safari. It doesn't show on Firefox. I won't install Chrome. If nobody kicks in with an idea, ask support.
Svense 2 Posted January 26, 2023 Author Posted January 26, 2023 Hi, I only use Safari as my browser. But I just tried with other browsers, it does not show. Support ticket is posted. I am curious.
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,998 Posted February 1, 2023 Level 5 Posted February 1, 2023 Just an update: Downloaded Web Clipper 7.30 today. The Related Notes feature is back to work. At least on Safari - the Firefox extension is still on 7.29.
Svense 2 Posted February 1, 2023 Author Posted February 1, 2023 hi, thank you very much for your quick reply. It actually works great again after update! Many greetings 1
