Firewall blocking attachments?

Corporate PC, Windows 10, with recently implemented GlobalProtect Firewall.

The new notes I add from other devices sync up to the PC w/o any issues, including the attachments.

The new notes created on the PC also sync up to other devices, *except* any of the attachments.

IT is willing to work with me to resolve this, but I need to figure out where to look - it seems something is blocking the attachments from uploading to the cloud?

I can see a possible link between these two..

Plus: what are your attachments?  images / documents / audio?  What size?  and are you a free or a paid user?

If start by temporarily disabling the firewall and see if everything then works as expected.

Corporate networks are notoriously finicky. I wish you luck in resolving this.
