I shared a particular folder to my friend. She was got info that she can only access it with a paid subscription.

It is also possible that your friend has attempted to view the shared notes in a third device. The shared notes information could take you to opening it in a web browser. If your friend is, for example, already using a desktop and mobile app then this would mean she was trying a third device which isn't permitted on the Free plan.
