Evernote program not working in Windows 10

Hello, I have a new laptop and installed the Evernote program, but I keep getting the following problem even when I log in. The same goes for pressing reload. Please tell me the solution. This article may be awkward because it was written through a translator.

My laptop model is LG Gram, and Evernote is probably the latest version since I clicked download.

Hi.  This copy of Evernote may be installed badly.  I suggest you uninstall the present version,  re-download a new installer from Evernote.com and try again.

I think you need to confirm the exact Evernote version from the Help | About Evernote menu.
