alexandercronin 1
I am looking for part of a note I took a few months ago which I would have deleted. Is there any method to search the histories of all notes rather than just load a specific note, look at its history and then repeat for many notes. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,072 Posted November 5, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted November 5, 2022 Hi. No. You can restore the history (histories?) of any individual note, but there's no way to search several notes' history for a specific item. 1 Link to comment

Also, as far as I know, when you delete a note you also delete it's note history. Somewhat unfortunate, but it makes sense if one truly wants data deleted for whatever reason. (So even if you could search through note histories, that note history would be gone.) 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,829 Posted November 5, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted November 5, 2022 When a note is in the trash, it can be reactivated, together with the note history. If the trash was emptied, or the note selectively removed from the trash, it is gone, together with note history. 1 Link to comment
