How do I talk to customer support?

Just to add an aspect: It is easier to issue a ticket using the mobile client. App settings, support, contact support.

It avoids the web site, that sometimes gives problems. Downside: A ticket is limited to 500 characters. Since this is just the initial step, you can write more once support has come back to you. Limited to subscribers as well, no loophole there.

Free users can contact support as well, but contact is restricted to the ticket types "Account" and "Payments & Billing".
